ROOMS

Our rooms are comfortably furnished with air-conditioners or coolers for the Summer, while wood fired stoves and electric heaters keep the rooms warm in Winters. They also include ceiling/pedestal fans, led lighting, running hot & cold water, mattress, pillow, bed linen, bath towel, foot mats, door & window curtains, bedside tables, water jug & glasses. An electric kettle with sachets of tea, coffee, dairy whitener & sugar is also provided. All ensuite toilets have liquid hand soap, toilet paper rolls, floor wipers, soap dishes, toilet mugs and buckets.

1. The Tree House:
   
   The air conditioned room has a double bed with an en suite bathroom. Sitting on the deck outside the room, the guests can enjoy the view of the splash pool in the midst of the greenery of Carbery Acres.

2. The Pebble Houses:
   
   Air-conditioned rooms with en suite bathrooms, perfect for guests who wish to wake up to the serene views of the variety of the grounds.

3. The Mud House:
   
   The air-conditioned Mud Houses are spacious en suite rooms which gives direct access to the splash pool. Warmed by the wood fired stoves the room is a perfect for those who would like to experience the rustic charm of Carbery Acres.

4. The Village Hut Room:
   
   These spacious accessible rooms equipped with air coolers and with en suite bathrooms and provide a perfect blend of rustic and comfort.

Check-In: 2 PM to 4 PM. Check-Out: 12 Noon

•             All inclusive – Enjoy the view of the property from the Tree House at an all-inclusive charge of Rs 7000/- per night for two people.  This includes the room, all meals (breakfast, lunch, evening tea & snacks and dinner) and On-Campus Activities.

The Mud house –

•             All inclusive –Enjoy the outdoor sit-out under the beautiful trees at an all-inclusive charge of Rs 6500/- per night for two people.  This includes the room, all meals (breakfast, lunch, evening tea & snacks and dinner) and On-Campus Activities.

•             Bed & Breakfast only – Rs 3800/-

The Pebble house –

•             All inclusive –Our room with a view comes at an all-inclusive rate of Rs 6500/- per night for two people.  This includes the room, all meals (breakfast, lunch, evening tea & snacks and dinner) and On-Campus Activities.

•             Bed & Breakfast only – Rs 3800/-

The Village Hut –

•             All inclusive –These spacious rooms come at an all-inclusive rate of Rs 6500/- per night for two people.  This includes the room, all meals (breakfast, lunch, evening tea & snacks and dinner) and On-Campus Activities.

The Village Family Room – sleeps 4

• All inclusive – Enjoy a comfortable room with your family at an all-inclusive price of Rs. 10600/- per night. This includes room, all meals (breakfast, lunch, evening tea with snacks and dinner) and on campus activities for 4 persons.

Additional info: Additional bed available at an extra charge. Rooms are available for support staff accompanying the guests at Rs. 700/- for bed and breakfast or Rs. 1300/- for the room and including all meals.
