Bookings: Please confirm your booking for Rooms, Meals & On-Campus Activities in the following manner

a. Small groups of up to 10 guests, at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival date.

b. Larger groups of more than 10 guests, at lease 14 days in advance of your arrival date.

c. Walk-in or Drive-in guests run the risk of not getting rooms, meals or on-campus activities.

Please confirm your booking for Day Picnics & Retreats at least Two Weeks in advance of your arrival date.

Operators: Carbery Acres Hospitality, promoters & operators of Carbery Acres, perform all Bookings, Financial Transactions & Facilitations

Check-in: It is compulsory, as per legal mandate by the Government of India, that any/all guests, checking in to Carbery Acres, must provide Accepted Identity Proof by way of;

Indian Citizen: Voter ID card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Ration card and/or Passport.

Non-Resident Indian Citizen/Foreign National: Visa and/or Passport

Check in: 2 pm to 4 pm. Check out: 12 Noon

Infants & Children: Dining & Stay

Accompanied infants, below the age of 4 years, are free of all charges.

Accompanied children, below the age of 13 years, will be chargeable. Please confirm the cost during booking

Accompanied children above 13 years of age pay full charges.

Maid/Manservant/Driver of guests, if any, are charged Rs. 700/- per night per bed
Maid/Manservant/Driver of guests, if any, are charged Rs. 1500/- per head, for 3 Vegetarian meals with one night stay.

Payment:

100% payment must be completed at the time of check-in, if full and/or part payment has not been done in advance via E-Banking

Cancellation Charges for a confirmed booking: One night’s Room Charge

Refund, if any, in the case of cancellation and/or extra payment: Within 30 days from date of cancellation, subject to deduction of cancellation charges.

Damages & Breakages: Damages & breakages by the guest/s, pet/s of guest/s of any property and/or item/s installed, used and deployed at Carbery Acres, will be evaluated on the spot by the Management & will be paid for by the concerned guest/legal guardian of a minor guest.

Guest Vehicle parking is undertaken at the risk of the guests with no liability to Carbery Acres Hospitality and/or Carbery Acres, for loss or damage, even though both mentioned entities will take all possible steps to ensure safe parking area on campus.

Disputes & Litigations, if any, will be settled in the civil courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, only.

Liability Waver. All guests must be aware of the threats & dangers associated with checking in at Carbery Acres, including but not limited to, wild animals, pests, rodents, insects, reptiles, etc., in addition to the possible dangers of participating in On-Campus activities, food poisoning, etc. In the very remote event of a guest suffering any wound, damage, loss of life, etc., Carbery Acres, Carbery Acres Hospitality, the owners, staff and other personnel associated with the homestay at that point of time, stand free of any liability whatsoever. Should a legal recourse of any matter be opted for, such matters will be restricted to be taken up in court at Dehradun.
